Thanks to my good friend Beth! (This retirement home is sounding pretty good, doncha think? Maybe we could be roommates).

Tim O'Keefe said...: OK, 72 doesn't seem as far away as it once did. At 53, I am having some of those exact issues.

I laughed as I watched and listened. Her delivery is so deadpan. But if I had simply read this "speech" I probably wouldn't have laughed so much as cried. Maybe that's another thing about getting older - I have a hair trigger for crying these days.
